• While the Silicone Heads were developed to complement different skin types, you can also customise the heads to the experience you prefer.
• To reap eyecare benefits, you can also use ageLOC LumiSpa iO Accent, which is designed specifically for the delicate eye area.

2. How long will my ageLOC LumiSpa iO Silicone Head last?

• A Silicone Head is designed to last for at least three months when used twice a day. With smart sensors, the LumiSpa iO device will track each Silicone Head’s actual usage and prompt you when it’s time to replace it.

3. Do I need to use the ageLOC LumiSpa Activating Cleansers with ageLOC LumiSpa iO, or can I use other cleansers with it?

• ageLOC LumiSpa Activating Cleansers are specifically formulated for use with the ageLOC LumiSpa iO device. They enable precise cushioning, cleansing, and interaction with the skin, optimising the effectiveness of LumiSpa iO’s proprietary 2 Sense-Motion action. They are the only formulations tested and approved for use with LumiSpa iO that deliver the full system benefits and promote healthy, youthful-looking skin.

4. How long should the Activating Cleanser last?

• One Activating Cleanser should last 30 days. It’s important to use an ample amount (bigger than an almond) of Activating Cleanser to ensure that the device can properly interact with your skin

5. Do I need to wash my makeup off before using ageLOC LumiSpa iO System?

• ageLOC LumiSpa iO system conveniently and effectively cleanses away makeup, so you do not need to wash makeup off before using the device. Please note that LumiSpa Activating Cleansers should not be used on the eye area, so you should use a separate eye makeup remover to remove makeup on and around the eyes.
